Kylie is a therapeutic coach, meditation guide and breathwork facilitator with over a decade of experience supporting people through healing, transformation and reconnection.
Her work blends grounded therapeutic insight with nervous system awareness, mindfulness, embodiment and deep compassion.
Kylie creates spaces that help people feel safe enough to soften, reconnect and rediscover their authentic selves.
Phillipe Antony
Phillipe is a breathwork facilitator, coach and educator passionate about the restorative and transformative power of breath, nature and human connection.
His work combines practical breath science with deeply experiential practices that help people reconnect to clarity, calm and vitality.
Phillipe brings warmth, insight and grounded guidance to every retreat experience.
