Chef Joel Fitzgerald brings a rare blend of fine dining craft and wellness philosophy to the table. 
His culinary career launched with training under renowned chef Russell Armstrong, honing a modern Australian style — weaving together the best of European and Asian flavours.
 
Through two decades in catering, Joel discovered a passion for elevating events through exceptional food. This led him to the world of wellness cuisine, collaborating with dieticians — and igniting a new passion: food that nourishes body and mind without compromising on taste or beauty.
 
At Exhale Retreat, Joel will delight us with a plant-rich menu that showcases his expertise in food that nourishes and energises.

Phillipe Antony

Phillipe is a breathwork facilitator, coach and educator passionate about the restorative and transformative power of breath, nature and human connection.

His work combines practical breath science with deeply experiential practices that help people reconnect to clarity, calm and vitality.
