Masters-qualified with over 10 years' experience helping people to find purpose and meaning in their life experiences, even the traumatic events that shape us indelibly.

I host therapeutic retreats, workshops, live programs, breath & meditation events, and 1:1 / 1:2 sessions. Because I'm fully committed to your transformation, I only work with people who are enthusiastic about enriching their lives and relationships, and willing to put in what it takes to soar towards your highest potential.

When I'm taking precious time out, you'll find me wandering the beach barefoot, hanging out with fam in our backyard oasis, tending to my organic veggie patch, or sharing good food, soul-stirring music, ecstatic dance and raucous laughter with my beautiful friends.

You will be added to my mailing and SMS contact lists and can opt out at any time.

Sessions will be recorded on Zoom and shared with participants for a time-limited period. Entire or partial sessions may also be used for marketing and as part of a future product.

Photo or video footage of you captured in the recordings may also be used however if this presents any safety issue or concern for you, discuss this directly with us as it is our intention to make this experience safe and inclusive for all participants.

Waiver

I acknowledge I am voluntarily participating in this event and I assume full responsibility for my own safety and wellbeing.

I declare myself to be in reasonable enough physical and mental health to participate and accept responsibility for undergoing appropriate medical assessments for any health concerns I have, with qualified healthcare professionals, prior to participating in this event.

I accept that although Kylie Heenan is a registered counsellor, this is not formal therapy and I will take responsibility for whatever I choose to disclose in this group setting.

Perfect. FIERCE is about what you know already. You've read the books, heard the podcasts, saved the memes.

FIERCE is designed to take you beyond intellectual insight into embodied experience. Let's meet you where you're at and take you deeper.

What results can I expect?

You will get out of FIERCE what you put into it. I promise that if you fully show up and do the work, you will leave a changed woman.

The depth of that change and it's duration afterwards is entirely up to you. Get ready for deep transformation.

Who is FIERCE not for?

FIERCE is not for women looking for quick fixes, surface-level motivation, or passive content.

It's not suited to those unwilling to take personal responsibility or who feel triggered by emotional honesty or different perspectives.

This space requires self-awareness and a willingness to show up with openness - and FIERCE compassion for yourself and others.

What's the time commitment for FIERCE?

Our weekly live sessions are 2 hours. There are optional reflection tasks and practices woven into FIERCE to enhance your journey, but it's totally up to you how much you invest.

What if I can't attend every live session?

You'll get the most out of making time to attend each session live. But life throws curve balls, so if you can't make it on occassion, you can watch the session recording for up to 72 hours afterwards.

This won't give you the benefits of live coaching with me and connection within our dedicated space.

Proximity brings potency, so I encourage you to honour yourself by fiercely protecting your time to be fully present.
